What Our Society
stands for.
Tanzania Society of Sugar and Cane Technologists (TSSCT) was officially registered as a society on August 17 1990 under registration no. 7356.
The society was formed with a purpose of coordinating joint efforts for the improvement in performance and increased sugar production.
The society encompasses professionals in Sugar Engineering, Sugar cane agriculture, Farm machinery and tractor workshop, chemists and agronomists who meet together in different scenarios such as Centre workshops, National workshops and Expert meetings to share ideas and discuss on how they can play their role to bring about significant and rapid changes in Sugar industry.
